Agueda Hubbard, LCSW, Founder and Clinical Director at Wellness and Recovery Hub

Agueda Hubbard, LCSW

As your therapist my goal is to restore self love and self trust. I strive to achieve rapid recovery using evidence-based interventions, teaching you self-regulation, self-love, and resilience, so you can move forward in your life with greater confidence, peace, and freedom.

I teach practical emotional regulation skills so clients can recognize what is happening and know what to do when they become overwhelmed, anxious, or dysregulated, helping you develop a greater sense of safety and stability within yourself.

Profound shifts can occur when we stop fighting or rejecting parts of ourselves and instead learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion. As clients develop love and acceptance for all of their parts, they often begin to experience greater self-trust, self-compassion, and internal peace.

Trauma work is something I approach gently. When we process difficult experiences in session, it is important to me that clients leave feeling emotionally grounded. I make time to help clients access states of peace, joy, or other positive states prior to session completion.

My approach is holistic and integrates evidence-based treatment with mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and spirituality when that is meaningful to the client. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with additional trauma-focused and evidence-based approaches. My undergraduate studies in Transpersonal Therapy also shaped my longstanding belief that emotional wellness involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, environment, values, and spirit.

Spirituality and Christian values are personally meaningful to me and influence the compassion, hope, love, and respect I bring to my work. At the same time, therapy is your space. I respect each client’s beliefs and values, and spirituality is incorporated into therapy according to what is meaningful and comfortable for you.

Maya Danielle Jackson, CSW

I believe therapy is about creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. My passion for social work comes from a deep belief that our mental health is shaped not only by what happens within us, but also by our relationships, environments, experiences, and communities.

I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck and to develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on understanding our thoughts and emotions while learning how to respond to them in ways that align with what matters most.

I also have a strong interest in overall wellness and believe that mental health is connected to the many different areas of our lives. Whether you are working through anxiety, navigating a major transition, struggling with self-confidence, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, curious, and supported without judgment.

My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.

Trina Natay, CSW

I believe that feeling truly heard and understood can make a meaningful difference in the healing process. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working through life’s challenges without fear of judgment.

Before entering the mental health field, I spent many years as a teacher working with children with special needs. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the unique strengths, challenges, and needs of every individual. It also taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and meeting people where they are. I especially enjoy working with children and helping them feel safe, understood, and supported as they learn to navigate their emotions and experiences.

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, genuine connection, and respect for each person’s individual journey. I understand that difficult and painful experiences can affect many areas of our lives, and I bring empathy and sensitivity to clients who are working through trauma, major life challenges, or periods of change.

I graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 and bring both professional experience and a lifelong commitment to learning and helping others to my work as a therapist. I believe every person has strengths they can build upon, even during difficult times.

My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they better understand themselves, discover their strengths, and develop the tools and confidence they need to move forward. Above all, I want the people I work with to know that they do not have to face life’s challenges alone.
